L’AUTOFORMATION PAR LES PRATIQUES SPORTIVES DE LOISIR- ANALYSE DE CAS DANS LA PRATIQUE DU TENNIS

Abstract : Wich are the educative and formative virtues of sport ? How can sport practice, amateur as well as professional, be the source of a sport culture ? What is meant by sport culture ? Today we can observe the emrgence of new forms of apprenticeship and slf-training wich, among other things, are linked to the evolution of free time. Il shell define these nex forms of apprenticeship and self-training what are the characteristics of this self-training linked tosport practice, how is it guided, who are its mediators ? To answer these questions, I intend to observe these activities in the fielf of tennis, from sociopedagogic standpoint. My method will be a case study. In this way, I am going on with a study wich I undertook in 1984 as part the requirements for a Diloma of Advanced Studies at the departement of Education Sciences of the University Paris V-Sorbonne under the direction of Joffre Dumazedier under the titel « Self-training in leisure physical and Sport Activities ». Emphasizing this evolution should make it possible to reconsider the concept of sport culture in Education in the school environment (among other places) thanks to abetter adaptated sociopedagogy.
