Les mobilisations d’expertes juristes dans la construction d’une cause féministe : l’abolition du Hojuje en Corée du Sud

Abstract : The abolition of the Hojuje, South Korean Family Head System in March 2005 was made possible by the mobilization of feminist associations and the gradual involvement of law professionals. This article offers an investigation on the role played by the two categories of jurists, such as “field expert” jurists and “scholar” jurists, by focusing on investment and alliance processes during the period of legal fights to establish unconstitutionality of Hojuje.
