La réglementation des perturbateurs endocriniens en pleine mutation : adoption de la définition européenne et nouvelle stratégie nationale à venir !

Abstract : The author recalls the European definition of ED: "substances which have a mode of action which alters the functions of the hormonal system, which produce a negative effect and whose negative effect is the direct consequence of the mode of action". This definition, finally approved at European level, could be extended to other European regulations. France has launched a mission to evaluate the national strategy in place on the EDs. This mission resulted in a report that sets out the many shortcomings of this strategy and proposes new recommendations, such as "the need for effective steering of the strategy that could be carried out by a national reference centre"; "France must maintain and expand its leading role on this major public health issue".
