Propriété intellectuelle et concurrence. II/ Droit de la concurrence

Abstract : Competition law imposed the respect of priorities defined by texts. Freedom is probably the applying rule, but within certain limits. The public authorities are concerned to forbidden interventions opposed to market interests. The health sector is threatened as much as the others by strategies from which the various stakeholders could suffer. Anti-competitive practices and concentration operations are also placed under high oversight.
